I've enjoyed making "word clouds" of my sermons using a website called "Wordle." It helps me to visually see what words and concepts are emphasized in my sermons.
With district conventions coming up this year, a national synodical convention in 2010, along with proposals for restructuring our Synod, there is a lot of ink and bytes being used to put forward ideas about the future of our Synod.
