We had close to 50 attendees at the "Evangelism, Outreach, and Assimilation Seminar" on Saturday. It was sponsored by the Confessional Lutherans for Christ's Commission (CLCC) and the presenter was Pastor Dan Freeman of Chehalis, WA. Gene White, the CLCC treasurer, and his wife Deanna, were there, too, and attended services with us on Ash Wednesday and today. Thanks to Gene, Deanna, and Pastor Freeman for being with us.
Gene shared with us after church this morning a bit more about the work of the CLCC and I promised I would put a link up to their website on my blog. It can be found at www.theclcc.org. I've also put a link up in the sidebar at the right under "Lutheran Links."
