10 years at Messiah

Today we celebrated my 10 years in the Office of the Ministry at our congregation. Dennis Coerber, our deacon, preached and offered a petition in the Prayer of the Church for God's ongoing blessings to me and to our congregation. After late service, everyone enjoyed cake ... and I got to enjoy my favorite pie (chocolate pecan) from the Snohomish Pie Company (since, when I found out the elders were planning something, I requested "No cake" ... I'm not a big cake fan).
